MODULUX includes the high-tech technologies used in the construction industry today, with a strong emphasis on the connection of living spaces to each other and to the outside, and the physiological and environmental effects of the materials used.

During PLANNING, we always pay a lot of attention to the life course of the individual and the company. Not only the interior layout, but also the connection with the outside space is given a lot of emphasis. We strive to open the interior and exterior spaces together with fixed and movable glass walls as large as possible, thereby visually expanding the dimensions of the building. This makes the garden and the environment an active part of the structure.

The backbone of TECHNOLOGY is a steel frame structure. The main characteristics of the structure are durability, quick installation, and millimeter accuracy.

The advantage of a laminated wall structure installed in factory conditions is that the facade is ventilated behind the outer covering, thus the external heat load is carried away by the air in a natural way, so less energy is required to cool and heat the interior. The big advantage of the used layered wall structure compared to traditional wall structures is that we can achieve today's sound and thermal insulation standards in a much thinner wall, thereby leaving more useful internal space with the same installation values.

Its EXTERNAL appearance is characterized by state-of-the-art, modern materials, clean straight lines, and an overall look that harmonizes with the environment. In addition to large glass surfaces, perforated or expanded steel sheets and any composite sheet with a warm or cold effect appear. Of course, traditional facade coverings can be used in the same way. The terraces surrounding the house are equipped with shades if required, blinds can be requested for the glass surfaces. The glass walls almost disappear and thus we get the experience of complete openness. The building is bathed in light during the day. In the evening, the lighting of the garden and plants is not only decorative but also provides light towards the interior.

You can see most of the garden through the INNER glass wall, the walls can be covered with any modern covering or painted. We can easily install hidden lighting or even LED walls and screens in the wall, which allows us to create a very modern world. Thanks to the technology installed in the factory, every wall plane is perfect, the corners are right-angled, the meeting of the edges is precise, all of this at the same time gives an extremely elegant, high-tech feeling of living. Of course, every MODULUX building can also be a smart building, by which we mean not only remotely controlled temperature control, lighting and security system, but as long as we are not in the building, the robot vacuum cleaner does its job. Killing viruses, bacteria and fungi with UV light can be a natural part of the house and office. All this with such simplicity that it is clear and obvious to people of all ages, whether it is the decorative lighting of the building or the filtering of fresh air.

OPERATING costs are the lowest available thanks to the technological solutions used, our buildings are classified as AA, AA+ or AA++, and the monthly overhead costs of MODULUX buildings are the most affordable.

Technical description:

• Self-supporting steel structure protected against corrosion (without fire protection), which allows the facility to be assembled and disassembled several times.
