A modular house that impresses not only with its appearance, but also with its practicality.
Who, while living in an apartment, has not dreamed of relaxing on the terrace in their own garden. Modular architecture offers this opportunity, and at a price that traditional construction methods cannot provide! When creating this single-family house project, we were primarily guided by the idea of combining the interior and exterior space in complete harmony. This is how our latest project was born, which has a large, practical terrace and a built-in area of slightly more than 70 square meters.
The facade system is what makes this modular house really special.
The fashion for minimalism does not go away. More and more people value simplicity, which becomes more noticeable than other solutions. For the facade of the house built from modules, we mainly used wooden planks made with the Shou Sugi Ban technique. This is the traditional Yakisugi charcoal burning art from Japan. Other "living" elements of the facade are the Corten steel panels, which change color with the weather. Thanks to this, the modular house acquires a different character depending on the season. If the builder likes frequent changes, he will like this solution.
The representative facade is complemented by garden furniture, lamps and a fireplace belonging to the Corten collection Simple form, maximum ergonomics - this is how your future modular house should be!
The built-up area in this project is barely 70 square meters. The building has an "L" shape, which allows for a clear separation of the "day life" and "night life" zones. This is an extremely important element that ensures proper sleep hygiene and that the modular house will be an ideal resting place for many years. At the builder's request, our company designed two bedrooms and a living room integrated with a kitchen.
The external terrace is just over 50 m² and complements the 'L'-shaped modular house, creating a unified, rectangular shape. This modular house, which is well illustrated in the presented graphics, is an excellent place for relaxing with family and friends, especially on summer days. The huge terrace, furnished with designer garden furniture, makes it enviable compared to other houses.
