Check out our attractive offer now! The presented one-story house model consists of 17 modules, each measuring 6 × 3 meters. The total area of the building is 306 m². The visual plan presents the possibilities we offer in the field of planning and construction of modular buildings with high-quality and spectacular architectural design.
The prefabricated modules were covered with Equitone TECTIVA matt colored fiber cement panels. The overall picture is completed by wooden cladding, large glass surfaces and aluminum doors. The interior of the building is versatile and can be divided into different zones: common and private areas. The outstanding feature of this type of house is the inner courtyard, where the builder can arrange, for example, a relaxation terrace.
