We present another modern, two-story Box House type residential building project. It covers an area of 141 m2 on the ground floor and 65 m2 on the first floor. The presented structure is an example of a typical modular construction, which is excellent for construction in hard-to-reach areas.
The external facade of the building is made up of vertically arranged corrugated plates. The facade of the ground floor is made of white, regular-shaped Equitone TECTIVA fiber cement sheets. Between the windows, there are large aluminum framed glazings, which perfectly illuminate the interior spaces of the building. The presented house is made impressive by a glazed terrace, which, located on the facade of the building, forms a relaxation zone.
