The modular 108m2 BARN house, shown here, was made in the spirit of simplicity and functionality. It was built from six 6x3 meter modules, creating 108 square meters of living space. In addition, six roof modules make up its uniform and modern form.

The design began in the studio of technologists, who transferred their ideas into appropriate programs, and were then realized by skilled workers on an advanced assembly line.
The entire process ended with the delivery of the house to the construction site.

The features of the house include large glass areas on the front facade and the roof, which is decorated with the same cladding as the walls, which gives the building a minimalistic and modern look. High-quality materials, such as ventilated fiber cement cladding from Equitone, provide aesthetics and functionality, such as low heat transfer factors, resulting in savings in heating costs. Additional vertical wooden panels give the building a unique character.
